In this satirical take on the films of Alfred Hitchcock, Mel Brooks writes, directs and tackles his first speaking lead role. Brooks plays the new director of the Psychoneurotic Institute for the Very, Very Nervous. After a series of mysterious events causes him to be accused of murder, he attempts to clear his name as he battles bouts of “high anxiety.”
