GOFI Annual 5K Fundraiser

Join Kim for a traditional Mat Pilates class! Students will be challenged through sequences and movement patterns found on the Pilates apparatus, offering efficient breathing techniques, functional movement patterns, and optimal muscle firing patterns.

Meters for Liters is a weekly 5k run from the Notch Brewing. Earn Notch swag when you complete 10 runs.

Thursdays start with miles and end with pints. The Shovel Town Growlers Run Club is a casual, all-levels group run designed for people who like to move first and drink.
