The Domestic Violence Advisory Board (DVAB) is the official citizen advisory commission on domestic violence issues. The board periodically reviews and evaluates all Charlotte and Mecklenburg County domestic violence services and makes appropriate recommendations to identify gaps or needs for additional services.
