Focus Mixed Martial Arts is inviting new students to try a FREE trial class on Saturday! Whether you're completely new to martial arts or looking for a new place to train, our welcoming classes are designed to help students build skills, confidence, fitness, discipline, and focus.

Zumba Dancing offers one on one individualized sections or group classes for 60 minutes, focusing on body posture and positive self esteem.
