Walk With a Doc is a doctor-led walking group that combines movement, nature and conversation with community members who choose to focus on healthier lifestyles in a simple, sustainable way. The walk begins with a 5-10 minute conversation with a doctor around a topic that helps us to make better informed decisions about lifestyle.
The Frankfort Striders club meet at the brewery and start their run at 6pm. All Ages and animals are welcome!
