Western Museum of Flight
This museum was founded in 1983, directly inspired by the successful restoration of a rare N-3PB World War II-era aircraft that had crashed in Iceland in 1943. Many of the volunteers who worked on that restoration were former Northrop employees who had worked on the original N-3PB production line.story
