Back by popular demand, the Fire & Flame BBQ Series returns for the summer of ’26. Each Friday and Saturday through September 27th, Chef Sal will be in the backyard here at the Tavern grilling culinary delights including baby back ribs, smoked brisket, pulled pork, jerk chicken, and even lobster thermidor.
