The Fall Jazz Concert will feature selections exploring the diverse styles that have influenced 20th and 21st century jazz performance. The program highlights the music of composers and bandleaders Charles Mingus, Thad Jones, Mongo Santamaría, and others, including performances by the University Jazz Band, Jazz Lab Band and Jazz Combos, as well as original compositions and arrangements by Cal Poly students.
