This offering of loving kindness to ourselves in the form embodied exploration frees us from the lonely confinement to modern life's incessant greed for our attention and the exhausting consumption of our most vital resource...presence.
Take time to relax, create, and connect with a hands-on art activity. Make art inspired by objects from our collections while discovering the techniques, histories, and cultures behind them.
Adults 21 and over will enjoy 1 to 2 hours of step by step instruction presented by Abrakadoodle, which includes all paint supplies and one alcoholic drink voucher. The event also features an Artist Designed Jersey Auction benefiting the Frederick Arts Council and Kids Paint Your Own Bobblehead.
