Daybreak Star Community 5k Run & Walk

Join us for a 40 minute express style Barre Sculpt group fitness class at The Quarterdeck at the Des Moines Marina. Barre Sculpt is a group fitness class emphasizing core breathwork and small, deliberate movements using body weight or resistance, with an emphasis on overall body strength and endurance.

Join us for the Daybreak Star Community 5K Run & Walk! Whether you want to run, jog, walk, or bring the family out for a morning in the park, all are welcome.

Runners Club takes place on Mondays at 6pm.
