Join wellness educators for an interactive session on emotional awareness. Learn to recognize and manage your emotions, reflect on how they influence your decisions, and practice healthy strategies that support your well-being and positive relationships with others.

Free Yoga Class

We partner with NAMI Miami to hold two support groups at Gables UCC. These groups will help members aim for better coping skills, find strength in sharing experiences, not judge anyone’s pain, forgive ourselves and reject guilt, embrace humor as healthy, accept that we cannot solve every problem, understand that mental health conditions are no one’s fault.
