This is a fun and playful workshop for anyone and everyone who is interested in building confidence and self esteem at work or onstage. Taught by instructor Barbara Holliday, the class uses the basic rules of improv and stand-up comedy to help you understand and identify joke structure and connect better with any team or audience.
