Body Mechanics for Potters Workshop

Body Mechanics on the Wheel is a 2.5–3 hour interactive workshop led by HanaKyle Moranz, a NYC-based massage therapist and personal trainer of nearly 20 years and a potter herself. This workshop is designed for those who have finished throwing sessions with sore wrists, a tight neck, or an aching back.
