Beginners’ is designed as a class for students who have little to no martial arts experience or for those who want to build themselves up from the ground up. This class focuses on things like breathing, footwork, and attacking, focusing on the basis of defensive movement which is correct attack, body positioning, breathing, falling, and footwork.
