Art in the Open is a chance for guests to meet university artists and go behind the scenes to get a glimpse of the art being made at UB. Guests are invited to enjoy atrium music and dance performances, view films and installations, explore studios, and drop in on rehearsals to experience works in process.

The mobile glassblowing experience brings the artistry and education of glass making beyond the studio walls to the 181st Erie County Fair. The exhibit features daily glassblowing demonstrations where 6-7 sculptures will be created by glass artist Ryan Gothrup.
