Originally conceived as part of a three-tower complex, only two were built due to high office vacancy rates in the early 1980s. This development was part of a larger initiative to revitalize the Bunker Hill neighborhood, transforming it from dilapidated Victorian houses into a grand boulevard of modern structures and cultural institutions.story
