A Revolutionary Tea Party, A Call to Tea, Liberty, and Civil Discourse

Over tea, participants will use quill pens and dark tea to visually comment on and edit a tablecloth printed with the Declaration of Independence. Beth Grossman reimagines historic texts and civic ideals through quill-pen calligraphy, typography, and participatory performance, bringing the past into conversation with the present.
