The Overlook Recommendations API is a simple REST endpoint that accepts metadata and returns a curated list of nearby restaurants, landmarks, and live events — personalized for each guest and visit, and on-brand for the property.
Properties can also pass a guest identifier to unlock real-time webhook notifications and reporting when guests check in at recommended venues — plus retaining and building on guest preferences across stays, for progressively personalized recommendations on return visits or visits to other related properties.
